Our Optimist Volunteers are passionate about "Bringing Out the Best in
Kids." Each of our clubs have unique projects, working with the community
to enable each child to exceed their own expectations.
While some of our methods may seem a bit unorthodox, we have fun and
accomplish a lot. We also have our serious side, and over many years,
continue to provide service to our kids and communities.
Our District encompasses the Pacific Northwest. This vast area includes
about 50 clubs in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, British Columbia and Alaska. We
are one of the few districts to include more than one country. This adds a
dynamic dimension to our district.
